In order to keep up with the fast living speed, the efficient cooking way is become increasing important. There are three convenient methods could be used in cooking after one month living here. The first way is steaming the staple food. It is a very simple way to deal with a supper by pouring the boiled water and putting instant noodle with slices of vegetables and ham into the pan. After six minutes steaming, the dish is finished. Steaming corn or red potato are also intelligent choices to cook staple food. The second method is using oven to deal with the ready food. A various semi-finished foods can be bought in the market. For instant, the frozen pizza, fried chicken, bacon, pea and chips. After ten minutes baking, these foods can be eaten straightly or treat as ingredients to make a sandwich or meat roll. The third way is using electric rice cooker to make soap or dishes. The process is extremely brief by cutting the ingredients and putting them with sauce into the rice cooker. And the time should be control relying on the foods inside. Although it cannot be an elaborate dish by cooking in these methods, they are really appropriate ways to saving time.
During the pre-sessional language course, I have got a regular schedule and learnt how to manage time efficiently. I cannot just spend time in studying due to there are amount of other works should be deal with: establish a new bank account, collect information to rent a flat and prepare the documents for visa. So, in order to keep enough time to review and digest acknowledge acquired in classes, I began to do everything as quick as I can with a clear plan in mind and slept less. Although it was hard and some obstructions made me frustrating, there still have a great deal of benefits I have got. And I am glad to meet these new friends in class. We came from the same country and would study in similar major, which made me feel warm and reassuring, especially in the beginning to adapt a new environment. As for trip, I was satisfied with the time arrangement and the sight spots. The deepest impression is the magnificent view of Chirk Castle: the luxurious decoration with mysterious oil paintings and the elaborate design in furniture.
The rhythm of first part is slower than later part, when sing “what I have got”, it becomes bright and full of happiness, and I can feel the emotion changes from frustrating to happy. And from the lyric, you can find an optimistic singer behind the song. I think this song is an experience of her and an expression of feelings. And Nina Simone wrote this song to tell us the story and her attitude to the life. The most important is to encourage us, to tell us be passion and positive when facing troubles. It is impossible for everything going on as you expected without obstructions. Maybe you got unequal treatment; maybe there is no one can help you, to give you love, give you concern; maybe problems like a chain to make you upset, but you should be positive, there are still something nobody can take away. You got life, freedom, and heart, which means you already have strength to conquer the difficulties. So, do not spend too much time in frustrating, just fight that, the things will be going better.

Last week, the cancellation of interview made Sam nervous, because the offices of this company changed the interview into a practical task. The topic of this task was hard to predict, which was like a competition for them. In order to test their cooperative ability, the purpose of this practice was to sell shaver to women. Sam’s partner was a beautiful girl, she had an idea for sale, She suggested putting an advertisement” Buy it if you care about him” But unfortunately,no one came to them except some older women. The selling process was boring and they began to chat. To avoid to embarrassment, they bought ten shavers themselves to pretend they have sold them. As a result, Sam did not get a job, but because of a nice cooperation between him and his partner ,he found a lover. and got much care.
Now days, people begin to draw more attention to their beauty, because the charming appearance would help them to get more benefits. And many of them choose cosmetic surgery to change somewhere. Although this is a convenient way to become beautiful, there are also some risks they have to go through. In my opinion, the cosmetic surgery should be banned for many problems it causes.
At first, it will be dangerous to have the cosmetic surgery. Different people have different reaction to the medicines, and the technologies are not mature as we have been told. For instance, in France, some silica gel from PIP company which not up to the standard were used in the surgery. The government advice women who chose this to have a physical examination, and according to the report, about 30000 users in France, there are 1000 consumer’s silica gels broken at least and 8 of them got cancer. Instead of caring about healthy problem, the illegal companies more focus on making money. As a result, consumers have to use their health to pay for their beauty.
Secondly, having the cosmetic surgery is like to make a lie and you live in it. Such as in beauty competitions, it is a kind of cheat. And in other situation like blind date, may be somebody would say, the first impression is the most important elements and men always choose the beautiful women for company, having the surgery is more beneficial. But maybe your Mr. Right just likes nature girl, and he will have feelings of being cheated. By the way, if a man always complains your appearance, you have to change a boy friend instead of change yourself.
Finally, the trend of having the cosmetic surgery will have misleading to the youth. People should pay more attention to their internal rather than their appearance. The real confidence is from your heart not from your external. Taking a cosmetic surgery maybe is helpful, but the most important is to strong your heart. And sometimes, some women after the surgery was finding that it was not change successful, they will be addicted to the surgery and lose themselves at last.
In conclusion, some measures should be taken to solve those problems, the ban of cosmetic surgery is necessary.
As a freshmen here, may be you will feel a little bit strange for the new environments and customs, such as, the residents usually cook food by fry or bake and it tastes so sweet with ketchup, those different cook way makes you feeling hard to adopt and it seems no worth to eating outside. The shot-time break in the afternoon leads you tired because you have already used to take a nap after lunch. You have to deal with all things individually instead of just studying, and may feel isolation because of long distance fat away from your family. Those conditions of confusion, anxiety and rejection led by alien culture named culture shock. Although different people get different influences from that, but many experts agree that it has roughly five stages.
